A Simple 3 Step Planning Technique that Works

 

Step 1: Begin with a list of your staff (so that you do not forget someone). Then print a one month view of your calendar and write each persons name on the calendar where you would like to have their One on One.

 

Step 2: Check your calendar to ensure that you have not over committed yourself on any day.

 

Step 3: Then send each employee a invitation to their One on One, and also block out time in your diary to prepare for the employee's One on One feedback session.
