Tips for Improving your One on One plan
Be Clear: If sending a Calendar invitation title your meeting request “<Employee Name> One on One”
Dont be too Ambitious: Spread your employee’s one-on-ones evenly through the month
Time Management: Allow time between other meetings and your employee’s One on One in case your other meeting runs overtime. (you will not be late you your employee's one on one)
Prioritise: If performance data is available monthly – then schedule your lower performing employee’s One-on-One’s as soon as the data becomes available
