Scenario - What is the goal?
John is the manager of a team of payroll staff, during the month he has attended a lot of meetings about an upcoming change which has placed him under pressure to complete all of his team members one on ones, as he has not completed any yet. It is now the last week of the month.
John proactively let his team know that instead of scheduling their one on one he will fit them in during the week. John manages to get through all of his teams one on ones however he could only allow 20 minutes per employee instead of the usual 30 minutes, would you say
