Scenario - Jane's Dilemma

Jane is a supervisor in a payroll team for a large financial services business, recently she has heard from one of her staff that some members of her team are not happy at work because they feel like they are just a number and not really valued by the business. Jane was hurt by this feedback because she has great respect for all of her staff and thought she was very people focused.

To improve the morale she has tried organising morning tea for the team and has sent out complimentary emails to everyone and nothing has really worked, she is now wondering what else she can do to improve team morale.
