One on One Planning

 

The old adage holds true, failure to plan is planning to fail.

 

It is good practice to schedule all of your one on one feedback sessions well in advance, say two to three weeks before the one on one is scheduled.

 

Send meeting invite to each of your staff with the meeting title “<name>: One on One” in advance of the session to provide your people with time to complete their preparation and a clear understanding of what the meeting is for.
